Dwayne is currently the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that he established in 2007. He also serves as the pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne In addition to being pastor, is passionate about training up the next generation. He serves on the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has authored numerous articles online and is a contributor to the Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Transform Lives Through God's eternal truth.
